We talk about AI governance like it’s a technical problem. Guardrails, policies, configuration. And some of it is. But most of what I’ve seen go wrong had nothing to do with the technology.
It had to do with the person behind it.
These tools don’t just extend your capabilities. They extend your character. And most people haven’t stopped to ask themselves what they’re actually amplifying.
