What started as a book about AI and workplace communication has always really been about something deeper for me. It is about the space between people at work, where trust, hesitation, judgment, pressure, and meaning shape how work actually gets done. Seeing this many people respond to that message was a reminder that these questions are landing because they are real for so many people right now.
To everyone who entered, thank you. Your response reminded me that people are trying to make sense of what AI is changing in the everyday reality of work, not just at the strategy level, but in the emails, decisions, expectations, and relationships that shape daily life.
