Excited to announce I’ll be speaking at Arizona AI & Emerging Technology on April 16th about what happens when AI enters the real flow of work.

Most decisions at work don’t happen in systems, meetings, or formal processes. They take shape in everyday activities: what people choose to bring forward, what they hold back, and what they just deal with.

AI is now entering that space. Not as a decision-maker, but as a participant in the flow of everyday work. And as it does, patterns that were once dispersed, rationalized, or ignored begin to take shape.

Drawing from my book An Inbox Between Us, I’ll be sharing what AI reveals about how we actually work: the invisible dynamics, the unspoken behaviors, and what surfaces when AI becomes part of the everyday.

This isn’t about features or benchmarks. It’s about what AI makes visible when it enters real work.
